Classification Of Spray-Painted Cloth

There are many kinds of inkjet cloths, and their performance and usage are also different. We can distinguish the types of spray-painted cloth from its thickness, light reception and materials.

Classification According to Basic Factors

  • Thickness

Generally speaking, thick inkjet cloth is better than thin inkjet cloth, and the models from thin to thick are 320, 520, 530, 550 and so on. 320 is ordinary cloth, and 550 is also called dragon cloth. Because the thick spray-painted cloth is more dense than the ordinary spray-painted cloth grid, it is more durable.

  • The light receptivity

Inkjet cloth can be divided into inner light cloth and outer light cloth from the aspect of light reception. As the name implies, the outer light cloth is opaque because it is reflected by the light source, so it can't be used for a series of inner light advertising boards such as light box inkjet photo. Inner light cloth is translucent and can be used for light box advertising. Common indoor photo lamps all use inner light cloth.

  • Materials

From the material point of view, some spray-painted fabrics have polymer coatings on their surfaces, which have the characteristics of waterproof, ultraviolet radiation, acid corrosion and so on, and are mostly used for outdoor spray-painting. Indoor spray painting generally does not need coating because it does not need to consider corrosive defense.

What Are The Classifications Of Common Inkjet Cloths?
